Re Statutory Adoption Leave, note that this is a flat £136 for 39 weeks, unlike Statutory Maternity Leave which is higher in the first 6 weeks (90% of pay).
Re Occupational Adoption Pay, I am unable to source a definitive “Burgundy Book” approach but it appears that most schools which have an adoption approach pay the same entitlements for OAP as they do for OMP.
