Film Skills Workshop: CAMERA & SOUND

Suitable for ages 15-19, this series of practical one-day workshops are an excellent way to explore the key building blocks of bringing a film to the screen.

The Camera & Sound Workshop includes basic photographic principles, cameras and lenses, lighting, effective camera movement, how to shoot a scene. Also includes basic principles of sound on film, recording high quality audio with a range of microphones and use of sound effects to create a dramatic scene

It will take place on Sunday 26 February, from 10.00-15.30.

Who is it for?

You could already be making films on your own or with friends, be a student at school looking for extra support to help with your course work, or just be interested in filmmaking but have never had the chance before. No previous filmmaking experience required!
